Ryan helped us with some tax issues. We were being audited due to a mix up. I was overpaid some disability income in the 2015 tax year. It was paid back in the same year, yet the original W2 didn't have the correct income on it. The accountant that did our taxes, filed before we received the co...rrected W2. After we received the corrected W2, she filed an amendment. Apparently the second W2 was in error as well. She tried to fix it, but only in a letter to the IRS. My husband and I didn't know there was an error in the second W2. After contacting Ryan, he was able to help us figure this out right away. We received a third W2 from my company and he was able to expedite the process in getting this to the IRS. For about 6 months, I had been spending many of my days off trying to contact someone in the IRS to help. I kept getting the run around. Our accountant didn't help at all. Once I found Ryan he was able to get me in right away to look into the matter. He was able to communicate with the IRS in a more accelerated manner than we ever could .
