I help clients with wills, trusts, general and medical powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. I also design and implement plans using CRTs, ILITs, defective grantor trust sales, annual gifting techniques, tax-exempt private foundations, family partnership entities, and other discounting and estate freezing techniques.

I serve closely-held businesses in transactional and general counsel matters. I assist with formations, financing, operational matters, and transactions such as asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures. I represent most business types, including professional service firms, agricultural concerns, real estate investors, tax-exempt organizations, construction companies, and software developers.
