Joseph Paul Derrig

Mr. Derrig's wide-ranging experience, cut to the chase style of litigation, ability to engage opposing counsel, and trial experience provide him with the keen ability to resolve matters efficiently and effectively. Mr. Derrig has also been appointed lead counsel in class action litigation.

In addition to Mr. Derrig's litigation practice and trial experience, he has also handled numerous appeals in both state and federal court. 

Mr. Derrig is a veteran who served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. While in the military, he served as a survival, evasion, resistance, and escape specialist and was an airborne parachutist. He had the honor of working with those that were at high risk for capture and showed them how to survive any situation so that they could return with honor.
