Dan Y Wu

My wife and I used Dan Wu for our Chapter 13 bankruptcy. All went well in preparing the paperwork, getting it done and going to court. That is where it all changed. We are two years into our Chapter 13 payment plan and have some issues and needed changes along the way. I have to send several emai...ls to get a response and getting things done takes a very long time. Now we are trying to sell our house and then buy a new house and we cannot do anything without him filing a motion with the court obtaining permission and approval to do so. It also took a long time for a modification to our payment plan to be submitted. Like I said, nice guy, but that does not get things done.
