My practice focuses on Elder Law, including Probate, Estate Planning, and Medicaid. I am a problem-solver, and enjoy helping individuals and families navigate the best course of action whether doing advance planning or during difficult times of transition, such as a decline in health, the need to find long-term care, or after the loss of a loved one.
I grew up in Spokane, where I attended North Central High School, Eastern Washington University, and Gonzaga University School of Law. After law school, I moved to Seattle and began practicing in probate law and estate planning, eventually establishing Goertz & Lambrecht PLLC in Edmonds in 2003. We have offices in Edmonds, Scottsdale, and now in my hometown of Spokane, Washington.

So Glad Amy Was Recommended To Me!

Did not represent me. She sided with the the other guy.
I Had a valid contract for a rental. She allowed the other guy to go ahead and hire a rental agency. Superseding my valid contract.
I am sorry that the resolution on this issue was not the one for which you had hoped. Probates can be emotional and difficult when siblings are not on the same page, especially when you are not the one in charge of the proceedings. I would be happy to discuss this with you if you would like.

Compassionate, knowledgeable and professional
After Mom had passed away and being told by the courthouse that I should seek an attorney because of the questions I was asking, I searched online for an attorney who was strong in dealing with estates. I found Amy during my online search and called her because of her substantial dealings in estates ...

"In Elder Law, Amy is a great example of a person with many years of legal experience honed by personal experience with the challenges of aging as her family grappled with the decline of her own parents' health and the increase in their long-term care needs. Amy has devoted much of her practice to helping families plan their estates. She is also skilled in helping families with the issues of post-death administration, including probate, at what is often a difficult time."
