Paul A DiNenna Jr

Buyer beware. Although Paul is a nice guy, He is slow to respond, if ever. On multiple occasions emails were not responded to, & phone calls not returned for unreasonably long periods. Paul always had an excuse for delays, yet very little action after. Requests for documents, or even inform...ation had to be requested over and over, at one point over a year before a request was received. He misrepresented facts in our case, was slow to respond, failed to perform in a timely manner, and misinformed us, and his legal team, costing us valuable time and resources. In a nutshell, after failed promise, after promise, Paul finally put one of his team to work on our case, we prevailed, but had post work to do. Unfortunately Paul drug his feet and made poor decisions. He billed for large amounts of preparation time, and showed up unprepared and unable to perform in the court room. Instead of following through to the end as promised, he filed intent to withdraw Leaving us hanging after what should have been a slam dunk victory on a very complicated and long drawn out situation.

Stay away from Paul. The guy seems very nice but once you get to know him it's all a front. Always unprepared for hearings and always bending the truth to try an manipulate situations. Only in this profession for the money. Paul will try to convince you to do unnecessary things just to get paid for t...hem. Save yourself time and money.

I hired Paul to work on a case that seemed impossible. it was to get my children back from their abusive and neglectful mother but she was so good at hiding and charming her way out of everything. My children told me about all the things that went on and how they had no food despite my $800 a month c...hild support payments. I brought the case to Mr. DiNenna and he had so much compassion and professionalism. He knew the law and knew what I had to do. I had my children back within the month. I agree that he can be hard to get a hold of but most attorneys are, at least if they are good. These attorneys are constantly in court or with clients and cant be on the phone all day and expect to get anything done. Mr. DiNenna kept me informed of all the important dates and what we needed to do, that's all that mattered to me. As long as I knew where we were going I was fine. I do not think a lawyer should be in contact everyday with a client, only when needed so they can utilize their time working on your case. I would and have recommended him to my friends that are in need of help. He is extremely knowledgeable and does whatever he can to make sure the outcome is just.
