Buyer beware. Although Paul is a nice guy, He is slow to respond, if ever. On multiple occasions emails were not responded to, & phone calls not returned for unreasonably long periods. Paul always had an excuse for delays, yet very little action after. Requests for documents, or even inform...ation had to be requested over and over, at one point over a year before a request was received. He misrepresented facts in our case, was slow to respond, failed to perform in a timely manner, and misinformed us, and his legal team, costing us valuable time and resources. In a nutshell, after failed promise, after promise, Paul finally put one of his team to work on our case, we prevailed, but had post work to do. Unfortunately Paul drug his feet and made poor decisions. He billed for large amounts of preparation time, and showed up unprepared and unable to perform in the court room. Instead of following through to the end as promised, he filed intent to withdraw Leaving us hanging after what should have been a slam dunk victory on a very complicated and long drawn out situation.

I used a attorney in his office by the name of Jennifer. I had a very vile situation with my ex wife and the custody of my children. Jennifer did a amazing job getting everything done. She got me a protection order to boot due to my ex wife's lifestyle. I live in California so she had to take extra ...steps to get me the paperwork but she did. He helped us get 50% custody, and through crazyness, but we had to go in to his office if we needed to talk to him as he only answered our calls 10% of the time and replied to our phone messages even less frequently. I like him, but become greatly frustrated at the lack of willingness to communicate... with us.

I was served by my ex wife for full custody due to false allegations of abuse. My ex obtained a retraining order and took our kids from me, despite our agreed shared schedule for the last 12 years. He always kept me informed and worked hard to make sure the outcome was fair and what was in the children's best interest. I would use him again anytime and recommend him to anyone. He even got my case done without using the whole retainer and I was refunded the rest!
