I began my legal career with Stamper Rubens, P.S. in 1995. With a focus on litigation, my practice emphasizes all aspects of employment law, including trade secret violations, discrimination claims, and violations of non-compete or non-solicitation agreements, and various types of commercial and business litigation, as well as advice and consult and litigation for healthcare entities and providers.
I am admitted to practice before all Washington state courts, the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
I am also very active in the Spokane community serving as President of the Inland Northwest Society of Human Resource Management (INSHRM), Chancellor for The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, general counsel for the Spokane Home Builders Association, and Past President of Spokane Rotary Club 21. I also serve as general counsel and board member for the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest.
