Mike has a wealth of knowledge and is quick to respond by email or phone when guidance is needed. The best attorney I have worked with

Michael is the oposite of every bad stereotype of attorneys. We use him when ever there is a hint of any legal exposure. I work with many attorneys in my career as a CPA so I have experienced the full spectrum of these ratings. Michael almost won't let you persue a case you have little chance of win...ning. He listens and is responsive. I can tell you that I am cheap and like most people don't like to pay legal fees. But, I have never received a bill from Michael or for that matter any attorney in that firm that I didn't think was well worth the price.

Perfect for my case.

I called on Mike Church during a crisis upon discovering my business partner had stolen money, files, including confidential information, sabotaged computers and mass marketed our clientele. During this calamity, I began working with an esteemed law firm in our community, who was not responsive..., argumentive and at best disengaged when on the case. I needed an attorney who could grasp our problem, act quickly and get decisive results. I also needed an attorney who would represent me with integrity and poise. After firing my previous representation, I called Mike Church on a Wednesday, transferred an organized file to him the same day and received a plan from him on that Friday. His plan had a firm understandng of exactly what I was dealing with, what we had to do, while fully explaining my options. Most important Mike Church followed thru on every aspect he promised. He consistently contacted me each week, made me aware of any complications and concerns he may have, updating me all along the way - timely. Mike also displayed many times in court how good he is in front of a Judge, handling surpises with grace and style.....and always prepared, cool and professional. During this four year process Mike taught me the art of a client - attorney relationship, how being honest, working together and staying on our plan could achieve results.
