Mark Iverson and his entire staff was completely professional and helpful during our adoption process. They kept us well informed and in the loop every step of the way. Mr. Iverson was an extreme help through a very tough adoption. He was always professional and honest with my wife and I. Mark has assisted us with the adoptions of all 3 of our children. The first was in 2007 the second in 2009 and the 3rd in 2013. Mr. Iverson came highly recommended for a difficult child custody case. However my attorney did not agree with his recommendations. Before trial it was revealed Mr. Iverson did not interview key people who supported my children and were on my list of people to be interviewed. Mr iverson did not corre...ct this serious lapse, he did give blaming excuses. His report was delivered over 100 days after the interviews, that were not recorded. At trial my attorney brought the people that were interviewed into court and they each told the true story. The trial judge reversed Mr. Iverson recommendation.

Thanks to every one of you for what you do to help support adoptive parents during this very anxious time. Our two youngest babies came to us through the foster care system. Mark was so amazing to be available to answer every question and concern and Jan was our adoption support coordinator/life save...r.
