Step parent adoption
Over-all the process was very quick and Mark is very specialized and knowledgeable. He set realistic expectations for myself and never failed to answer my questions thoroughly, however, on the date of adoption I discovered that I was e-mailed the incorrect address to the courthouse from Mark personal...
I am sorry to hear that you experienced a stressful situation on your adoption day. I had a health emergency and was in the emergency room. My associate called you to see if you wanted to reschedule or go forward. It is my understanding that you decided to go forward. I have never missed a scheduled adoption hearing and it was difficult for me not to be able to celebrate with you. I hope the best for you and your family. "I endorse this lawyer. I consider Mark Iverson to be an authority in the area of adoption. I have been his opponent and I can say he is a formidable foe. Still, I would easily recommend him, even to my own family."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mark is the most respected and competent adoption attorney in this area. I have practiced in family law for 19 years and refer all of my adoption cases to Mr. Iverson."
"Mark is a consummate professional and can be trusted in his work. He is easy to work with, allowing for effective communication and negotiation outside of the courtroom when appropriate and keeping argument in the courtroom where it belongs. He is a very busy attorney as his reputation and years of experience make him a popular guy for adoption and guardianship, but his relaxed style of communication gives respect to the importance of each matter that he handles. In Mark's work it is obvious that he cares about the families of the cases that he is involved in."
"I endorse this lawyer without reservation. Mark is a terrific person and has an accomplished reputation in this community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mark is a very thorough attorney and easy to work with. His years of experience have provided him a wealth of knowledge. He is trustworthy and approachable. He cares about the parents and children he works for and is respectful of the families he works with."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Mr. Iverson is the most well versed adoption attorney in the Spokane area. He is the most familiar with issues relating to the Interstate Compact as well as the Indian Child Welfare Act. Mr. Iverson processes the highest volume of adoptions in this area and is well repected by his peers. No other attorney in this area has Mr. Iverson's experience or knowledge of adoption law."
