Mark Richard Iverson

Mark took on our adoption case after a fellow attorney sat on it for 31/2 months. The case was complicated by several issues. Mark researched case law and in a month and half the adoption was completed. Mark is not only a very good attorney but a wonderful person with a understanding of the stresses ...of the adoption process. If you are considering adoption Mark should be your only choice.

Mark Iverson was very highly recommended to my wife and I when were looking for an attorney to help us with the step-parent adoption of our two boys. Mark and his staff are incredibly knowledgable and were able to address all of our questions and concerns up front and clearly outlined all of the step...s we would need to take throughout the entire adoption process. Mark took point in every aspect of our adoption, from locating an absent parent who didn’t want to be found and serving them notice, to handling and filing all of our legal paperwork, to standing by our side in court on adoption day and making the entire process as hassle free as humanly possibly. Mr. Iverson knew that I wanted to have the adoption completed in 2013 and he and his staff went above and beyond to meet this request by appearing in court on New Year's Eve of 2013 at 4 p.m. to execute the adoption. Mr. Iverson came highly recommended for a difficult child custody case. However my attorney did not agree with his recommendations. Before trial it was revealed Mr. Iverson did not interview key people who supported my children and were on my list of people to be interviewed. Mr iverson did not corre...ct this serious lapse, he did give blaming excuses. His report was delivered over 100 days after the interviews, that were not recorded. At trial my attorney brought the people that were interviewed into court and they each told the true story. The trial judge reversed Mr. Iverson recommendation.
