We were filed an unlawful detainer, which we Now found out that it's not binding without A Judge's signature. She didn't help prevent it from blemishing our credit. As tenants now we are having a problem finding a place to live. Most of the time she was being condescending but not actually... giving counsel or advice. We now currently displaced. She was appointed to us.

Edith "Edie" Martinez is in every sense of the word- Top Notch. She is very knowledgeable and very ethical. Edie will not just "paint a pretty picture" to lead you to believe you will win in order to give you high hopes. She tells it like it is- good, bad or otherwise. Edie is honest and trustworthy ...and knows family law. I would much rather have an honest and trustworthy lawyer than one that blows smoke up your skirt just to give you false hope in order to rack up the bill.
