We were filed an unlawful detainer, which we Now found out that it's not binding without A Judge's signature. She didn't help prevent it from blemishing our credit. As tenants now we are having a problem finding a place to live. Most of the time she was being condescending but not actually... giving counsel or advice. We now currently displaced.
