Professional, excellent lawyer and most affordable in the area.
Mr. Albright and Jovita represented me in a very messy custody battle. The work they did seemed to cover more than what they were paid in my opinion. I noticed some other reviews that complained about Nathan and Jovita not immediately returning their calls. When I called I didn't always here back from them the same day, but they always answered all my questions before court, they always made time for meetings to answer all my questions, and I would like to mention that if a lawyer spends all of their time chatting with their clients on the phone then they are unable to work on their case and will lose in court. I'm extremely grateful to Nathan and Jovita and will never look for representation elsewhere. Due to their hard work and knowledge I have custody of both my children. Also I had a consultation with a lawyer named Cecilia Cervantes in Ephrata before coming to Nathan Albright. Her I don't recommend, she repeated herself a lot, spoke very slowly, forgot what she was saying, made a lot of small talk and pretty much just ran through our hour without providing me with any info that could help my case. She was the first lawyer I had ever met with so when Nathan accomplished so much in our consultation I was extremely relieved and very impressed. He isn't someone who is going to waste your time with chit chat. He spends his time working on his clients cases so they can succeed in court. Clearly I highly reccommend.

Awesome Lawyer - Great Results!
I hired Mr. Albright for an assault charge I was falsely accused of while visiting the Gorge in Eastern Washington. Nathan was proactive in working with the prosecutor and ended up getting all charges against me dropped. Mr. Albright is an extremely bright and professional attorney, that works to get the best results for your case. I highly recommend him.

Nathan Albright and Staff
Nathan Albright and Jovita Cantu are an amazing team. We were referred to them by friends and in high regard for assistance with the custody of our son. They are professional and timely with paperwork and communication. They are able to listen and provide feedback from an impressive knowledge base. They are strait forward and honest, constantly looking out for the best in the situation. We were always kept informed down to the finest detail through out our entire process. It is easy to see that this team cares for the people they serve. I would highly recommend the services of Nathan Albright to anyone I knew.

Best lawyer!
Nathan is amazing! I have been fighting for more then 3 years in this crazy custody battle! I had another lawyer and she took my money and did absolutely nothing for me! I was not happy and therefore cautious of hiring another lawyer. I heard many great things about Nathan for people I knew and people I didn't know so I have him a shot and boy am I glad I did! He has been full force on my case! There has even been a few times I have needed his assistance after hours and on weekend and he has always spoke with me however briefly he has calmed my nerves and helped me through the situation even though he was off the clock! He is so easy to talk to and his assistant Jovita is absolutely wonderful which makes it even better to walk into an office and feel welcomed by all who work there! Both Nathan an Jovita are even great with my kids speaking to me but not letting my kids know what is going on. They make my children feel comfortable and that is difficult to do! If you are looking for a reliable, trust worthy, dependable, friendly, hard working, completely working for you, always smiling, on the ball, determined, positive, knowledgable lawyer then Nathan Albright is your guy!! I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!! I have only been with Nathan for a few months and I won't be going anywhere else! Nathan Albright best man for your money!!

A brilliant attorney with an exceptional skill set.
I have been a school counselor for many, many years & prior to that I worked at a Mental Health facility as a Children’s therapist. I have had my own private practice in family counseling and have also been a court appointed Guardian ad Litem. In all of these jobs, children, and their parent(s), are always a priority… particularly when they are in a serious situation that places them at high risk. I have worked with a variety of attorneys, over the past 15 plus years and have seen some things that would make one pause or run the other way. I have been closely involved with a personal friend who has faced some extremely difficult issues in court. This friend and I had an attorney who declined to continue representation and didn’t give written notice until after a scheduled court hearing. Needless to say, things did not go well in court. The person residing on the bench was not an elected judge. He was filling in for the court. Ironically, he was the same guy who had, earlier, granted a protection order and was now dropping it. He ruled exactly the opposite… with no change of circumstance, against his own earlier ruling. I have known Nathan for several years and had discussed this particular case with him. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him sitting at the back of the courtroom during the hearing. After the court hearing was over, my friend was obviously very distraught. Nathan met us outside of the courtroom and stated that he would represent us and, later that day, filed a request for a Revision to be heard in front of an elected judge. Two weeks later, in front of an elected judge, I was again in court with my friend and Nathan. I watched as the opposing attorney went through three pages of notes, on legal sized paper, trying to convince the court with his requests. Nathan was very well prepared. He stood up, without any notes, and concisely articulated each of his points. Every point and request that Nathan presented was granted by the judge… 100%! The protection order was also reinstated. I would highly recommend Nathan Albright for your toughest legal challenges. He is highly respected in the legal community. He is also very bright, honest, trustworthy and will work hard on your case. Give him a call… you’ll be glad you did!

Amazing Lawyer
Both my husband and I have been clients of Mr. Albright's since 2007 and have been to various hearings for a variety of family law issues. We have always found he is professional and appropriate to us, other clients, and other people in general. He has always represented himself in the most professional manner during the years we have known him. His staff has done an outstanding job ensuring we are aware of the status of our case and communicate with us via e-mail (which is better for us). When I have friends looking for a family law attorney, I always recommend them to Mr. Albright. He recently assisted us with relocation issues and has continued to serve us with the same degree of professionalism as he did when we first retained him in 2007. In a smaller community like we live in, it is very important that we have representation by someone who isn't afraid to see us in the community and say hello to us. We appreciate all that he and his staff do for our family!

Dedicated Attorney
Although Mr. Albright was never directly my attorney, I have worked with him directly as an interested party in my family member's case and I have seen first hand how dedicated he has been in standing by my family member who is a client of Mr. Albright's (even though payment for services is not always readily available). From what I have observed it is not money that drives this attorney, but the pursuit of what is legal and right. He understands the many complicated issues that can arise during custody battles.

The Best attorney in Moses Lake
He is very personal attorney who doesn't pretent to care, he really does care about the outcome. He does not give up after a decision doesn't go his way. He continues to fight your case no matter how difficult. I hired him at 6pm the night before my hearing!

Great Guy, Questionable attorney
Mr. Albright is the attorney that likes to wait for the last minute to get things done, he plays the game and often times he gets bit in the hiney. but in doing this so do his clients. He is not the aggressive kind of attorney that is needed for Family Law in our small town. Mr. Albright will condense a declaration down to nothing so your point will NEVER get put across and you have to hope and pray for time to speak to explain what the true circumstances are. While some condensing is necessary and the emotional factor being removed is a good thing, taking out ALL pertinent facts is NEVER good. Like I said, Great guy, Questionable attorney, maybe he could serve better as a bankruptcy lawyer? somewhere he wouldnt need to get hostile to make a point or appear emphatic at times?

Poor communication and procrastinates
Hired Mr.Albright to modify a parenting plan. A year later and no real progress had been made. Hard to get information from their office about what's going on. Bad about returning emails or phone calls. Doesn't send monthly itemized statements of what's being done. Doesn't notify when retainer is mostly used up. He might be a good guy but his work ethics don't show it. Felt like he was working for my ex, not me. I would not recommend to anyone.

Over Rated
I hired this lawyer over the phone while I was out of state for a Divorce/Child custody case. In one month, he never called me, messaged me or tried to contact me. I was unable contact him due to my job being so remote. In fact! He never sent me a receipt for my payment either.. He also made claims of having done work on my case without showing me what he had done or not done. And to date, he has not paid me a dime of my retainer fee. He also did not like that I reminded him that I paid him to work for me.. Not the other way around..He quit on the spot saying he could not work for me... If he accepted my money for a service. Then he should either do the work or give back the money in full the moment he choose to quit working for me. Then I could hire another lawyer to continue my case.. As it is, I have to now wait for him to pay me leaving my child at risk.. He wanted his money fast and up front. I want the same respect. For me! At the very least, his actions are unethical and lack integrity.
