Professional, excellent lawyer and most affordable in the area.

Mr. Albright and Jovita represented me in a very messy custody battle. The work they did seemed to cover more than what they were paid in my opinion. I noticed some other reviews that complained about Nathan and Jovita not immediately returning their calls. When I called I didn't always here back fro...m them the same day, but they always answered all my questions before court, they always made time for meetings to answer all my questions, and I would like to mention that if a lawyer spends all of their time chatting with their clients on the phone then they are unable to work on their case and will lose in court. I'm extremely grateful to Nathan and Jovita and will never look for representation elsewhere. Due to their hard work and knowledge I have custody of both my children. Also I had a consultation with a lawyer named Cecilia Cervantes in Ephrata before coming to Nathan Albright. Her I don't recommend, she repeated herself a lot, spoke very slowly, forgot what she was saying, made a lot of small talk and pretty much just ran through our hour without providing me with any info that could help my case. She was the first lawyer I had ever met with so when Nathan accomplished so much in our consultation I was extremely relieved and very impressed. He isn't someone who is going to waste your time with chit chat. He spends his time working on his clients cases so they can succeed in court. Clearly I highly reccommend.

Awesome Lawyer - Great Results!

I hired Mr. Albright for an assault charge I was falsely accused of while visiting the Gorge in Eastern Washington. Nathan was proactive in working with the prosecutor and ended up getting all charges against me dropped. Mr. Albright is an extremely bright and professional attorney, that works to get... the best results for your case. I highly recommend him.

Nathan Albright and Staff

Nathan Albright and Jovita Cantu are an amazing team. We were referred to them by friends and in high regard for assistance with the custody of our son. They are professional and timely with paperwork and communication. They are able to listen and provide feedback from an impressive knowledge base.... They are strait forward and honest, constantly looking out for the best in the situation. We were always kept informed down to the finest detail through out our entire process. It is easy to see that this team cares for the people they serve. I would highly recommend the services of Nathan Albright to anyone I knew.

Best lawyer!

Nathan is amazing! I have been fighting for more then 3 years in this crazy custody battle! I had another lawyer and she took my money and did absolutely nothing for me! I was not happy and therefore cautious of hiring another lawyer. I heard many great things about Nathan for people I knew and peopl...e I didn't know so I have him a shot and boy am I glad I did! He has been full force on my case! There has even been a few times I have needed his assistance after hours and on weekend and he has always spoke with me however briefly he has calmed my nerves and helped me through the situation even though he was off the clock! He is so easy to talk to and his assistant Jovita is absolutely wonderful which makes it even better to walk into an office and feel welcomed by all who work there! Both Nathan an Jovita are even great with my kids speaking to me but not letting my kids know what is going on. They make my children feel comfortable and that is difficult to do! If you are looking for a reliable, trust worthy, dependable, friendly, hard working, completely working for you, always smiling, on the ball, determined, positive, knowledgable lawyer then Nathan Albright is your guy!! I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!! I have only been with Nathan for a few months and I won't be going anywhere else! Nathan Albright best man for your money!!

A brilliant attorney with an exceptional skill set.

I have been a school counselor for many, many years & prior to that I worked at a Mental Health facility as a Children’s therapist. I have had my own private practice in family counseling and have also been a court appointed Guardian ad Litem. In all of these jobs, children, and their parent(s), a...re always a priority… particularly when they are in a serious situation that places them at high risk. I have worked with a variety of attorneys, over the past 15 plus years and have seen some things that would make one pause or run the other way. I have been closely involved with a personal friend who has faced some extremely difficult issues in court. This friend and I had an attorney who declined to continue representation and didn’t give written notice until after a scheduled court hearing. Needless to say, things did not go well in court. The person residing on the bench was not an elected judge. He was filling in for the court. Ironically, he was the same guy who had, earlier, granted a protection order and was now dropping it. He ruled exactly the opposite… with no change of circumstance, against his own earlier ruling. I have known Nathan for several years and had discussed this particular case with him. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him sitting at the back of the courtroom during the hearing. After the court hearing was over, my friend was obviously very distraught. Nathan met us outside of the courtroom and stated that he would represent us and, later that day, filed a request for a Revision to be heard in front of an elected judge. Two weeks later, in front of an elected judge, I was again in court with my friend and Nathan. I watched as the opposing attorney went through three pages of notes, on legal sized paper, trying to convince the court with his requests. Nathan was very well prepared. He stood up, without any notes, and concisely articulated each of his points. Every point and request that Nathan presented was granted by the judge… 100%! The protection order was also reinstated. I would highly recommend Nathan Albright for your toughest legal challenges. He is highly respected in the legal community. He is also very bright, honest, trustworthy and will work hard on your case. Give him a call… you’ll be glad you did!
