Georgia Marie Petrie

Georgia Petrie may be new to the Pacific Northwest, however she is anything but new to family law. Ms. Petrie has spent the last 22 years practicing family law.

She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State University at Los Angeles. In 1995, she earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where she focused her attention on international and comparative law.

Georgia has practiced all over the state of California, settling in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 20 years where she owned and operated her own practice, specializing in Family Law. She is a charter member of Ethical Lawyers of America and has served on numerous social service boards and committees. Her primary focus in assisting clients is taking care of the children and getting them through the process as smoothly as possible.

Georgia relocated to the Pacific Northwest in June, 2017 and joined our firm in June of 2018. She brings with her a high level of experience, compassion and enthusiasm for the law. Georgia has a daughter and a house full of animals. She enjoys the outdoors, scuba diving, snow skiing, gardening, cooking, knitting and being anywhere near water.
