I am sorry that you felt this way; however I cannot further comment because I don't know who you are. An important thing to remember is that when fighting a workers compensation claim, your doctors may have to eventually testify. As of 2022, doctors charge between $2,000 to $3,500 for a 2-hour deposition, which clients have to pay. If a client cannot afford that cost, then settlement and maybe even a bad settlement becomes the only option.

A rejection order is a appropriate and the Board had the jurisdiction to affirm rejection.
If the Department or Self-Insured Employer authorizes treatment, then that is a binding admission they have accepted responsibility for the condition being treated.
Attending physicians play a special role in workers compensation cases and jurors should always be instructed of that role.
The Court decided it does not have jurisdiction.
