A rejection order is a appropriate and the Board had the jurisdiction to affirm rejection.
If the Department or Self-Insured Employer authorizes treatment, then that is a binding admission they have accepted responsibility for the condition being treated.
Attending physicians play a special role in workers compensation cases and jurors should always be instructed of that role.
