A Genuine, Caring Attorney

It has been almost seven years since I hired Ms. Dalton to represent me in an extremely stressful family guardianship case. Her calm, warm way of helping a very scared client made what I was going through tolerable. My life has changed a lot since that time, but I always wanted to let her know how mu...ch I appreciate how well she handled my case and her thoughtfulness.

She changed my opion of lawyers

I met Ms. Dalton as most of us meet our attorney, because I found myself in a real mess. I was going through a divorce, had issues with my drivers license, had just been put in jail, had considered suicide...you get the picture. Enter Ms. Dalton. From my first phone contact to my last appearance be...fore the judge Ms. Dalton has been nothing short of amazing. Her legal advice, calm demeanor, contacts in the legal system and willingness to help me, helped change the course of my life. I have six months of sobriety, am driving again and am a productive citizen. My recommendation of Ms. Dalton is nothing but stellar. She is everything I believed lawyers were not...trustworthy, honest, reliable, caring, intelligent, decent, humble and genuine. If you are considering hiring an attorney speak to Ms. Dalton in your search. May you be as fortunate as I am.

If you need a Lawyer you must Read

I was about to give up after being convicted of 4 Misdemeanors > This was a situation of a relationship ending and a call made by my exwife alleging Domestic Assault , resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer , and Harassment. After my conviction I was sentenced to 60days work release ,how...ever because of being self employed it was denied so I was going to jail and I honestly never laid a hand on my Spouse . It was just this one way system in a County that I feel is very hard to get the truth out. To make things worse I was going to loose my contract because I was in Jail . So no job and 60 days in jail and in my mid forties . I contacted Nicole and She was willing to look at the case and review hours of transscripts . This process took almost a year until She presented in front of the Appeals Judge. As we got closer to the Date Nicole became more Optimistic and not being a lawyer I could see all of the work she had done however this had taken souch a tole on me that I was afraid to even read her brief . Once I read the Brief I was very optimistic .Nicole had painstakenly gone over everytrhing and had several solid points ,however focussed on one and did amazing research providing current Decisions by the Supreme Court to supprt her Arguement . Nicole preformed like a Champion Prize Fighter , during the hearing I went from terrified to very hopeful that she would prevail . And she did ,she had all 4 convictions Vacated with Prejudice . There is no match for this Attorney . Do not let her Modesty fool you, She has Fire In Her Gut !!! She saved my lively hood and turned an incident that was going to destroy my Carreer and life into a case of bad judgement. It still has not sunk in ,the enormity of what she accomplished with a very Technical Arguement . I am confident that no one else could have taken this mess and come out with a win . Thank you Nicole Dalton
