William Kennard Thayer

I came to Mr. Thayer regarding a traffic accident that occurred in February of 2018. The insurance company had decided to stop paying for my medical in June of 2018. I made an appointment with Mr. Thayer in November of 2018. He was very reassuring that we could get the matter resolved. He contacted ...my insurance companies via letters and by phone. The matter was resolved in August of 2019. Throughout the process Mr. Thayer kept in contact with me, gave me advice then always asked me how I would like to proceed. He always explained the pros and the cons, which is important to know, of our next steps. I was very pleased with the resolution of my claim. I never felt like Mr. Thayer was “going after” the insurances companies, rather he wanted what was fair for me. He is a very kind and respectable man and I would highly recommend him , and his firm, to anyone needing an attorney!

I was referred to Bill Thayer after being involved in a car accident, and I am very grateful to have made his acquaintance. From the very first meeting he was personable and attentive, very detail oriented. I was confident in having him represent me right away. I had tried to negotiate with Geico ...for a fair personal injury settlement on my own, prior to meeting with Bill. Bill's assistant is also one of the most efficient people I have ever met, Bill has excellent support. Getting in an accident with my 2 kids in the car and trying to navigate the following process with the opposing insurance company was very stressful, but Bill and his staff made it doable, and even made me feel confident. We received a verdict that was very fair, and Bill prepared me for the expected appeal, which shockingly didn't materialize. Bill was even kind enough to look over a legal document for my husband and give us his opinion. I will go back to Bill for any future legal needs, and I highly recommend him.
