also known as Ben Melnick, Benjamin P. Melnick
I was born and raised in the Vancouver, Washington area. I moved to Eastern Washington, graduated from Washington State University in 2010, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. Since I was admitted to the practice law in 2013, I spent time doing criminal defense. Currently, my practice focuses on representing individuals in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, premises liability (slip-and-fall), insurance disputes, and others.

Currently, my practice focuses on representing individuals in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability (slip-and-fall), insurance disputes, and others. I think it's important to take my work seriously, make sure I'm helping people, and try to maintain a balance between work and play. When I'm not working, I like to play soccer, run, ski, hike, and other outdoor activites.
Outside work, I like to spend time with my family, as much as possible be outdoors, running, hiking, and skiing, and playing soccer.

I do occasionally ask clients to leave reviews if they have a strong opinion (good or bad) about my representation because I believe that only affects the "stars" rating. If the individual has negative feelings, I will try to establish communication and repair the relationship as best I can. I stand by the quality of my work, and I try to keep positive relationships with my clients.
