Who are we?: The Law Office of Allen J. Kim, PLLC is a law firm located in Vancouver, Washington.  We have been assisting people with their legal needs since 2009. We offer Free no- cost / and no obligation consultations at your convenience.  We strive to establish lifelong relationships with our clients.  

What areas of law do we practice?:  We limit our practice primarily in two areas of law: Plaintiff's Personal Injury and both Felony and Misdemeanor Criminal Defense Cases.  Sorry, but we don't handle Divorces, Child Custody, Real Estate, Worker's Comp, or any other area of law.

Focusing on these two areas of law only allows us to dedicate our time and resources in getting the best results for our clients.  Before becoming an attorney, I was an on-scene investigator and paralegal for a local Vancouver law firm whose practice also focused on criminal defense and personal injury law.  My office has recovered in excess of $1,000, for our clients.

Why do we do what we do?  When people have been injured in a motor vehicle collision ( automobile, bicycle, motorcycle) assault, or an animal attack, I've found many of our clients are concerned because they are unsure of what they should be doing and they of course do not want to hurt there case in anyway. They have insurance adjusters calling wanting to take statements and sign forrms with langugage that is confusing.  

In criminal cases, individuals charged with crimes have their freedom and future at risk. Some people think they can watch a couple Law and Order episodes or re-live the OJ Simpson trial on YouTube and they now know how the "game is played."
