He was patient and quick to respond even at 4am when I was uncertain about what papers I needed and how to make them into a PDF file. I can say I did drag my feet getting everything together (3 years almost) but he never pushed me to get it done faster instead he would check in from time to time and... give me the encouragement I needed to keep going with what seemed like a overwhelming and daunting task. I have used Steve, and this was by far the worst service I have ever received. He never followed through, always changed his mind on what we needed. We would provided information he emailed, then he would say he needed something different over and over. Instead of speaking to us, he just took all of ...our money, and cancelled us.
