He was patient and quick to respond even at 4am when I was uncertain about what papers I needed and how to make them into a PDF file. I can say I did drag my feet getting everything together (3 years almost) but he never pushed me to get it done faster instead he would check in from time to time and... give me the encouragement I needed to keep going with what seemed like a overwhelming and daunting task. I have now finished my court interview and knowing he was there to back me up just makes me that much more great full to having hired him.
