SSI Disability

Casey helped out a lot with my case and went all the way for me and fought for me. Very good attorney and definitely would recommend him for Social security disability or anything you need him for. Very kind understanding and listens to what you have to say. He was always on top of everything and alw...ays notified me of what was going on.

Amazing attorney

Mr Cox filed all paperwork, made numerous calls to Social Security on my behalf and was there for me when I had questions or concerns about my case. Because of him, I received my SS disability benefits much quicker than I could have on my own. He sent me forms that helped my case. I really didn't ...have to do anything. He is such a blessing.

A excellent choice for representation.

Covid 19 really messed up the SSI disability "in person" hearings. I was caught off guard, with a hearing date that was unexpectedly quickly approaching. Not only did he take my case on extremely short notice, Mr Cox was extremely efficient in acquiring all my medical records, crafting a present...ation, resulting in a fully favorable decision. Without his expertise, and efficient work habits, I would be not be able to continue the medical treatment I needed. Simply put, it's life changing for me. Thank you Mr. Casey Cox. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services, Need a SSI/Disability attorney. Look no further. SEAN M ISBEL [email protected]

Persistent

My son was awarded SSI back in April, but frustratingly we have continued to encounter complications, misunderstandings, and exceptionally poor communication with Social Security who have made continual errors with his paperwork - which resulted in my son not getting paid any of his SSI - then only g...etting paid a partial amount. Over six months later, we are still waiting for SS to get everything put right; Casey has been great about reaching out to SS on my son's behalf to get to the bottom of what's going on and has sent them multiple letters. I feel we're finally getting near to this being settled. Social Security is very slow about getting paperwork entered into their system, so Casey recently resent them a letter he'd written the previous month after speaking with them again, plus wrote a new letter asking them to pay my son his full monthly SSI amount, plus back pay for the months they missed. My son has ADHD, anxiety, and mental health disorders, and therefore gets overwhelmed super-easily and quickly shuts down. Casey wrote an excellent brief to the judge explaining why attending a hearing could be challenging and triggering for my son, in order to urge a decision before the hearing, and the judge ruled in our favor! I am chronically ill myself, so while I've done as much as I can to help my son, it's been a huge relief to have professional help to ease the burden of stress throughout this process. I'm grateful to Casey for continuing to help us beyond what we expected!

Amazing lawyer, favorable decision!

We were struggling to get disability for my fiancé and had appealed all the way until needing an administrative hearing. We found Casey through a recommendation from a local office. He helped us obtain a favorable decision for my fiancé's disability. He answered all of our questions and was extremely... professional. We appreciate his assistance with our case and highly recommend him to whomever is struggling to win disability case.
