Casey A Cox

Casey represented me in my SSDI claim. He is straight forward, caring, available, honest and thorough. All of the things an attorney should be. My disabled daughter hired Mr. Cox in 2018. He did an outstanding job of representing her through every process over a seven-year timeframe, to include several hearings with horrible Administrative Law Judges who proved themselves to be inhumane gaslighters. The trials and tribulations over the years are too numerous to list; however, in addition to the unjust experiences with ALJ's they included such things as office staff arbitrarily closing my daughter's case, failing to respond to phone calls and emails, and making unauthorized decisions about the case. We were very fortunate to have Mr. Cox on my daughter's side. It cannot be overstated what a brilliant, competent, and kind attorney Mr. Cox is to be dealing with these cases where applicants are hurting and in pain from physical and mental illnesses and injuries. Even though Mr. Cox proved beyond any doubt that my daughter deserved to be granted SSDI, we are forever indebted to him that finally she was able to receive approval for SSI.
