Excellent Attorney - Very Detailed, Organized & Professional

Once medically separated from the service, I was advised by my attorney representing me in my medical separation appeal and fight for my retirement in federal court, to file for Social Security Disability. I did not want to do this as I wanted to continue to work for what I have worked so hard for al...l of my active duty career. However, my health was not cooperating so I reluctantly began to seek this option out. It is a very humiliating circumstance to be in and one that I would never have dreamt myself to be in as I have always been so healthy. I initially filed my SSD case on my own without an attorney as I knew nothing about this process. It was denied so I filed an appeal and this is when I began to seek out the options for an attorney to represent me. As I began my search I found an attorney that acted like she was interested but the more she learned about my case she came right out and stated that if she didn't feel she would win my case then she couldn't take it as she would actually lose money and she could not afford to take my case. I knew right then that she was not the one that I wanted representing me. I found attorney Casey Cox with Dove Disability by looking at reviews of cases that he has tried in my state and all of the reviews were excellent. I contacted him by email and he was very quick to respond by calling me. I gave him a brief detail of my case and he was very happy to take it. This was just the beginning of his excellent service on my case. Once I sent to him all of the medical records that he requested from me, he began right away getting the additional information that he needed from my individual providers. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to do this and how organized he was about getting all of the information that he needed for my case. Once he obtained all of the records that he needed he went right to work at putting my case together. We only communicated a few times by phone and a few times by email until the day of my appeals hearing which he flew up to where I live and met me at the office where my case was to be heard before the judge. We spent about 30 minutes before the hearing reviewing his presentation of my case and clarifying information and facts and I have to say, I was extremely impressed by the amount of work he had done on my case, the organization of it all and all of the detail that he was able to extract from over 3500 pages of medical records to present before the judge in my appeals hearing. The "expert witnesses'" in my case were brutal and obviously had not read much if any of my case file but Casey was able to go up against them and present facts that they had obviously ignored. The judge was even able to see where these witnesses' had obviously not done their homework and lacked the knowledge of many important facts. But Casey had them all as he had all of the important information and facts in my case right before him and the judge was able to see this as well. The judge then gave us the opportunity to get additional documentation from my private physicians before making a decision in my case. This has all been done now and Casey has submitted it all to the judge and at this time we are awaiting her decision on my case. Casey feels that we shall prevail but it is now up to the judge. No matter what the outcome of my case, I can certainly say that Casey Cox did his very best to represent me. He is extremely professional, organized, pays great attention to detail, truly reviews all of your records thoroughly to extract the highlights and most important information from them and writes a very thorough account of your case to present before the judge and his post hearing brief is just as good. I highly recommend him and his services and would hire him for the initial filing and not wait like I did to hire for an appeal, because chances are, he will win your case upon initial review. Most importantly to me, he is a Christian with a true desire to serve others.
