Social Security disability is what I specialize in, so you will get 100% focus and experience on your disability or overpayment claim. I mainly handle the entire states of OR, WA, AK and AZ, but also any other U.S. state or territory. My practice is just me, not a large firm with a different "expert" working there each month, so you will always get me on the phone, and we will work together the entire way. I believe in accessibility and communication, and maximizing our chances for success by eliminating the middle-man.
Since 2009, I have been practicing exclusively in this field because of how much I enjoy it. The diversity of people and cases I get to work with is rewarding, and it teaches me something new every day.
After 5 years in the US Navy on active duty, I completed college at Portland State University, and then graduated law school from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR, in 2009. I am married and have 4 children and a cool dog, and when I'm not working, I'm spending time with my family, working in the shop, recreating outdoors, and finding new places to explore.
I look forward to working with YOU next!

10/10
Casey was kind and considerate. He picked up a challenging case in mid appeal and successfully secured my due benefits. Highly recommended.

He's a Bulldog
I was initially denied benefits, then denied again and again and again, for a total of 5 times. Casey never stopped fighting and eventually we won an appellate decision after 4 long years. He's always been quick to respond to my many questions and provides excellent advice.

The struggle was hard. The fight we won
He took on my case believing we had a chance winning my disability. When all the facts was gathered he saw potential denial. He explained to me the reason of possibilities. But also saw the worth of my situation. When I was denied. He didn't stop and walk away from my case. He assisted me with an app...
