Awesome Service!

I hired Casey to handle my Social Security Disability case and liked him right from the start. Answered all my questions thoroughly and using language I understood to explain the process. He even explained parts I was unaware of and had not thought to ask. I was denied the original first hearing a...nd he handled the appeal and it was reversed and remanded for a 2nd hearing. That one went VERY well as he asked questions to the experts that would clarify my limitations. He always answered my phone calls as well as e-mails promptly, most on the same day. Both of us expect a positive response from the hearing today and I would recommend him for anyone who needs an attorney!

Outstanding service

I just finished my 2nd hearing in front of one of the worst judges in the US. She originally denied my claim and it was remanded by district court. I contacted Casey after the remand to see if he could assist as I represented myself the first time. Casey took my case and over the months before my hea...ring, he reviewed almost 2,000 pages of objective medical documentation and came up with a game plan on how to best approach it as I have multisystmic disabilities going back many years. We settled on an approach and I have to admit, I was absolutely terrified to go back in front of this judge because of how awful she was previously. We really lucked out and got a ME who was a rheumatologist who knew and had treated my rare immune disorder and he stated that he found that I fell under 14.03. I didn't understand the importance of that, especially after the judge said she didn't need to hear from anyone else. We went off record and Casey explained that she was awarding disability and that it would be dated to April 2016. I am still in shock. I have been working on this since June 2016 and have gone through hearing, appeal, remand, etc. It has been an emotional rollercoaster and Casey has been an absolute rock through this. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate Casey and recommend him to anyone in his area who needs assistance in SS. Casey, my undying gratitude.

Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate

Casey represented me in my SSDI appeal hearing. I found him to be an expert in the field and a good communicator who is both patient and easy to talk with. He made himself available by phone and email throughout the process and is very responsive. His commitment to representing me extended to listeni...ng to my story and combing through reams of facts and information all in an effort to build a stronger case for the appeal hearing. In addition to requesting updates to medical records, Casey suggested obtaining other, key relevant personal information that had not been revealed prior. I believe this new information was critical to the outcome. He spent quality time with me in preparation for the hearing, readying me for what I might expect to experience. Casey initiated the hearing discussion with an excellent openIng statement that set the tone for my case. When the hearing concluded, I felt Casey did an excellent job representing me and my case. He called immediately thereafter to follow-up with any questions I may have and to explain how long it may take for a decision. Sometime later, when the Judge made a favorable determination, Casey called right away with the information. I highly recommend Casey for his experience, expert knowledge and compassionate approach!

Excellent Lawyer

If he had T-shirt I would definitely wear it! Initially I started the process with another firm. After speaking with Casey Cox, I immediately discharged the other firm. I truly appreciated his prompt attention to each one of my concerns. He made me feel as if my case was of utmost importance. As ...a result of overwhelming evidence there was no need to go to court. Once Casey Cox completed the pertinent correspondence it was quite apparent that he was completely abreast of all my conditions. He was quite diligent in getting my file reviewed sooner than later. As a result, MY CLAIM WAS AWARDED!!! It was definitely great to work with a competent and diligent attorney that truly made me feel as if my case was his top priority.

Great lawyer We won!

Casey was excellent in responding to all my questions, even if I asked them numerous times. He was patient with me. He is very professional. He did not have very long to get ready for my hearing but he was spot on with my case. On the day of court he explained what was going to happen in the court ro...om. I do wish I knew my advocate couldn't be in the courtroom because I needed someone in there with me because I don't remember things when my nerves and anxiety are really high. I should of asked him prior to help me with that. I would recommend him to anyone, in fact I already have.
