Ultimately, Casey Cox successfully won my case in the hearing with the SSDI Administrative Law Judge.

I had originally started the SSDI process on my own, and was subsequently denied. I quickly realized that this entire process was way over my head, I was overwhelmed and knew I required a true professional to continue my trek towards receiving my deserved disability benefits. So, I did a little res...earch on Disability Attorneys, which I came across Casey Cox, read his bio and reviews. I was quite intrigued and had a good feeling, I felt like I already knew him. So, I contacted Casey and we set up a meeting, which went very well and he felt I had a good chance winning my case. I felt so confident in his abilities, I signed an agreement before our meeting was over. He guided me through the entire process, which between the two of us gathered 1,205 pages of exhibits received by the SSDI Administrative Law Judges office regarding my case. He was so proactive, knowing exactly what was needed to greatly increase the odds of winning my case. Right before the hearing began, I quickly became overwhelmed and fearful that I might lose, but Casey quickly went over details with me and set me at ease, stating he had a couple of options to plead my case if necessary. My hearing lasted for approx 23-25 minutes, and Casey was in control, simply amazing and comforting to watch in action. He WON my case, and I’m eternally grateful to him! Casey is a very kind, considerate and compassionate and intelligent man, which are unique and personal qualities I truly admire. He will treat you with respect and honestly do his best to help you succeed in attempting to receive your SSDI benefits. You cannot go wrong in hiring Casey to represent you, this is my sworn belief!

Mission accomplished thanks to Mr. Cox

I am grateful to have had Mr. Cox's representation during my case. He communicated with me often and clearly during the preparation phase and it was very reassuring to have him on my side. On the day of my hearing he took the time to arrive early so he could explain what would most likely happen an...d how to strategize for a successful outcome. It worked! Having that legal issue behind me is a huge relief. I would recommend him highly.

Casey is a bloodhound who digs up relevant information

Casey was quite knowledgeable with my condition. He was able to sift through my vast medical records and recognize specifically what was relevant to the Judge and Administration. He flew down and was able to convince the office that my case deserved disability. Going through the disability syste...m can be very stressful and Casey knows how to put you at ease. He was very calming and instructed me on exactly what to say and do. Being able to get beyond the emotional context of my condition was important. Though I was concerned with how my condition effected the whole of my life, the Administration is concerned with how it effects your employability. Casey helped me get beyond the emotional and to the core of what I needed to do to obtain Social Security by convincing them of how my conditions inhibit my day to day functionality. I would recommend Casey to anyone who is struggling with a disability, has come to terms with their condition and its effects on their life as a whole, and is seeking a way to continue with their life at a different context.

Disability

Casey Cox was my Lawyer in my Disability case that I had been fighting for almost 4 years. He was very professional and he kept me updated throughout the whole thing. He gathered what necessary paperwork needed. He gave me plenty of time to do things like getting a form filled out and mailed or sent ...back to him. We talked on a first name basis. Casey was very friendly and showed me appreciation for trusting him with my case and I’m very glad I did. We won my case and he was very happy to tell me that at the end of my hearing. He said that I am always welcome to call him with anything further. I think Casey Cox is an excellent Lawyer and I will definitely be recommending his services to others.

Confident, direct, and effective.

I called Casey after having my case turned down by two large firms in town. After a quick turnaround in reviewing my lengthy records, he took my case on and immediately provided me with everything I needed to get to him as far as records, etc. to get the ball rolling. The time leading up to my appeal... hearing went quickly, and the morning of my hearing, Casey was encouraging and sensitive to my nervousness. I strongly recommend him as an attorney and am so grateful for the representation he gave me.
