Preservered

After 2 denials from Social Security Disability, I looked for an attorney. I saw a couple positive reviews for Casey, contacted him and had a food conversation. I was also thankful he turned out to be a Christian so I could ask him to be prayer partner to get me through the process. I was very gla...d I had a lawyer, the first court hearing was confusing and a stressful nightmare. It's taken 3 years with one more hearing, but we finally got my case approved. Such a relief, just waiting on the money to start so I can pay my bills again. You need a good lawyer for this torturous process! Thank you Casey.

Outstanding service

I just finished my 2nd hearing in front of one of the worst judges in the US. She originally denied my claim and it was remanded by district court. I contacted Casey after the remand to see if he could assist as I represented myself the first time. Casey took my case and over the months before my hea...ring, he reviewed almost 2,000 pages of objective medical documentation and came up with a game plan on how to best approach it as I have multisystmic disabilities going back many years. We settled on an approach and I have to admit, I was absolutely terrified to go back in front of this judge because of how awful she was previously. We really lucked out and got a ME who was a rheumatologist who knew and had treated my rare immune disorder and he stated that he found that I fell under 14.03. I didn't understand the importance of that, especially after the judge said she didn't need to hear from anyone else. We went off record and Casey explained that she was awarding disability and that it would be dated to April 2016. I am still in shock. I have been working on this since June 2016 and have gone through hearing, appeal, remand, etc. It has been an emotional rollercoaster and Casey has been an absolute rock through this. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate Casey and recommend him to anyone in his area who needs assistance in SS. Casey, my undying gratitude.

Incredible SSI/ Disability Attorney!

No one could have have done a better job than Casey did, in helping fight the difficult, good fight of presenting all of the hard truths and facts in my case for SSI and Disability. If you want someone who does above and beyond what they have to do for their job, along with doing whatever it takes to... show all of the reasons why your disabilities are legitimate and affecting your health negatively, Casey is the Attorney you want to have. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and help, Casey!

One of a kind best attorney ever!!

Casey chose to take my case after a 15 minute phone call. I needed to proceed to a hearing for social security disability and I was extremely anxious about the whole process and Casey took the stress away from me. He comprised all my files together from many sources and prepared me in a calm way fo...r my hearing. When I got anxious sometimes and called 75% of the time he answered the phone. I never had to deal with documents being submitted! I ended up having a One Of A Kind quick hearing that ended up with me being approved. Everyone who spoke to Casey on my behalf told me how NICE he was when they spoke to him. He took my stress away many times during the process and was always so kind!

Great lawyer We won!

Casey was excellent in responding to all my questions, even if I asked them numerous times. He was patient with me. He is very professional. He did not have very long to get ready for my hearing but he was spot on with my case. On the day of court he explained what was going to happen in the court ro...om. I do wish I knew my advocate couldn't be in the courtroom because I needed someone in there with me because I don't remember things when my nerves and anxiety are really high. I should of asked him prior to help me with that. I would recommend him to anyone, in fact I already have.
