Client

Casey did a fabulous job for me! I had a previous attorney who had to withdraw from my case last minute, so I was nervous starting with a new attorney late in the game. Casey immediately gained my trust and was optimistic (which I really needed at that point). This trust was well placed as he won m...y case. I would highly recommend him.

The lawyer you hope for.

My disability case was complicated and took many appeals to get to a favorable judgement. Casey was supportive and accessible the entire time. When things were difficult in hearings he went to bat for me and I couldn’t be happier with his performance. At times I was very nervous and Casey helped ...me understand exactly what was going to happen and what I needed to do. For that alone I am grateful. But what I will never forget is that he stuck with me, believed in my case, and continued to fight on my behalf despite the difficulties. I have no problem giving him the highest possible recommendation as a disability lawyer.

Ultimately, Casey Cox successfully won my case in the hearing with the SSDI Administrative Law Judge.

I had originally started the SSDI process on my own, and was subsequently denied. I quickly realized that this entire process was way over my head, I was overwhelmed and knew I required a true professional to continue my trek towards receiving my deserved disability benefits. So, I did a little res...earch on Disability Attorneys, which I came across Casey Cox, read his bio and reviews. I was quite intrigued and had a good feeling, I felt like I already knew him. So, I contacted Casey and we set up a meeting, which went very well and he felt I had a good chance winning my case. I felt so confident in his abilities, I signed an agreement before our meeting was over. He guided me through the entire process, which between the two of us gathered 1,205 pages of exhibits received by the SSDI Administrative Law Judges office regarding my case. He was so proactive, knowing exactly what was needed to greatly increase the odds of winning my case. Right before the hearing began, I quickly became overwhelmed and fearful that I might lose, but Casey quickly went over details with me and set me at ease, stating he had a couple of options to plead my case if necessary. My hearing lasted for approx 23-25 minutes, and Casey was in control, simply amazing and comforting to watch in action. He WON my case, and I’m eternally grateful to him! Casey is a very kind, considerate and compassionate and intelligent man, which are unique and personal qualities I truly admire. He will treat you with respect and honestly do his best to help you succeed in attempting to receive your SSDI benefits. You cannot go wrong in hiring Casey to represent you, this is my sworn belief!

Disability

Casey Cox was my Lawyer in my Disability case that I had been fighting for almost 4 years. He was very professional and he kept me updated throughout the whole thing. He gathered what necessary paperwork needed. He gave me plenty of time to do things like getting a form filled out and mailed or sent ...back to him. We talked on a first name basis. Casey was very friendly and showed me appreciation for trusting him with my case and I’m very glad I did. We won my case and he was very happy to tell me that at the end of my hearing. He said that I am always welcome to call him with anything further. I think Casey Cox is an excellent Lawyer and I will definitely be recommending his services to others.

Bait and switch. Please do not believe the promises.

Promised everything but failed to perform. Demonstrated a lack of understanding of the issues in the claim, and in refusing all attempts to address the inadequacies, failed his client. Many errors and inaccuracies in claim were never corrected. He withdrew after accepting two fees from SSA, but w...as only hired on one claim. The incorrect (and SMALLER ) fee was not returned to SSA until client brought it to the attorney’s attention 8 months later. The fee has STILL not been received or credited to beneficiary, but has instead has triggered a large benefits reduction due to SSA now incorrectly categorizing the claim as overpaid.
