The phrase ``second to none'' means that something is the best or of the highest quality, with no equal or rival. Casey calmly walked us through the extremely detailed and fraught path inherent to applying for SS disability benefits. He also gave us a couple well timed pep talks when we were letting the bureaucracy beat us down. Casey is amazing! He was there for me though out a very arduous and frustrating event.
