Mr. Preble represented me in a family law matter and the appeal of same. We won our appeal and the outcome of the Superior Court Case was in my favor. He is very busy with Court and sometimes cannot be reached right away, but he always returned my phone calls. His associate attorneys and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable also. I would use Gary Preble for any further legal needs and recommend him to my friends and family.

In 2006 Mr. Preble agreed to file a lawsuit on behalf of my husband and myself. We spent hours in his office, actually typing and labeling some of the court docs myself. A few weeks later he stopped responding to our calls and emails. We simply never heard from him or his associate Kristin again. Since we had moved from Washington by that time we were unable to go to his office directly. I would never recommend an attorney that would just quit responding after agreeing to file a lawsuit on your behalf.
Robert Hill, Family Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer. If you find yourself on the wrong end of an overreaching state action and intrusion into your family, or if DSHS has overstepped its authority or negligently handled your case, this is your man. When the state screws up, Gary Preble's is the last face they want to see in the courtroom. He will tenaciously defend you against the government, and if they really go too far, he's the most knowledgable and experienced person in the area when it comes to holding the state accountable for mishandling of child abuse and neglect allegations.
David Marshall, Child abuse Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
It has been my good fortune to consult with Gary on some of my child abuse defense cases. I have seen that Gary is skilled, creative, and tenacious in defending persons in the various kinds of legal proceedings in which child abuse accusations are heard: criminal, dependency, and administrative law (including CAPTA). His commitment to his clients is also exceptional.
