I had hired Megan in the beginning for my divorce/custody case. When things got ugly she stopped working. Also, be prepared for once your money stops coming in big chunks to her firm, she starts treating you differently. She also advised me of things that weren’t in the best interest of my children. ...

Replied last October 01, 2019Hello, after reviewing my records and files, I confirmed that I have never represented you. Your statements are patently false and defamatory. The Washington Rules of Professional Conduct prohibit me from acting without my client's approval and authority so it is impossible that I could have (or would have) signed anything on your behalf without your knowledge and consent. Additionally, I have an ethical duty and obligation to continue working on my client's case until I either withdraw as your attorney or you obtain new counsel. I believe that only a parent truly knows what is in the best interests of their children; I can only advise you as to Washington law and what a court would or would not likely do based on my experience and expertise. I have never had an instance of professional misconduct in my 9 years of excellent service to my clients.
