Biography
Adam is a trial attorney with a broad civil litigation practice. For the majority of his first 12 years in practice, he worked for a Fortune 500 company, insurance companies, and a top northwest civil litigation defense firm. He is now dedicated to representing those injured by the negligence and wrongdoing of others.
Adam has tried cases to verdicts in King, Kitsap, Lewis, Pierce, Spokane, and Thurston counties, and handled numerous arbitrations. Adam is a litigator in moderate to large value cases, in the areas of transportation liability, premises liability, general liability, personal injury, and insurer “bad faith”/extra-contractual liability litigation.
