Attorney, Beverly Allen help me with updating a Judgement, and the paper work for failing a Garnishment Order. The Garnishment order, had to be very specific in language, due to the fact, that this was a VA Garnishment Order. The Attorney Explained the steps, and the CFRs that where true in this case.... Mrs. Allen also, Showed me where to send the document, once they where filed into court. I was Pro-Se (Self-Represented). The attorney made sure that i had a clear understanding on the documents, and made sure that i was well prepared for court. The following week, I week before a judge and presented my case, with fact finding documents, and Won. My judgment was brought to current, and i was able to get my Garnishment Order signed by the Judge. Beverly Allen took time out of her busy schedule on a Weekend to assist me.
