Jeffery Scott Whalley

I am writing this review with a heartfelt thankfulness to Jeff and his team. I was referred to Jeff by another attorney and had completely run out of options. I was wrongfully accused by an ex of mine for things that I had not done and was presented with a Do Not Contact Order. Jeff was very open and... honest with me during my initial consultation and told me that this would be an extremely difficult case to win for me because of the bias mindset of the courts. Although he did advise me that this would be very difficult, he did tell me that he would try his hardest and could help identify what we could do to combat this Order. Out of all the many things he did for me, what I appreciated the most was his honesty. Many people have a mindset that just because you attain an attorney that you automatically win. I know this thinking to be foolish as there is no way for any one of us to know what a Judge may say about a certain situation or scenario. His team's communication skills were top notch and I appreciated so much when Jeff would email me or call me personally with pertinent updates. Every time we spoke he always reassured me that his phone or email was available to me 24-7. If your wanting an Attorney that will sugar coat things and place fabricated ideas in your mind, Jeff is not the Attorney for you. If you are wanting an honest (and I put emphasis on the honesty portion of this review) truthful, black and white, experienced, and knowledgeable attorney, Jeff and his team is perfect for you. Jeff was able to get the Order dismissed and I couldn’t be more proud to be a client of Whalley Law. I know if I ever run into a situation that requires me to attain an attorney I will be contacting Jeff with no hesitation.

Jeff and Erin are wonderful! I have a case where my minor child needed a parenting plan. I called and met with several attorneys, most who didn't know how to handle the case since she was a minor. Jeff was awesome. He kept me updated and informed. If he was unsure of something, he'd research it, ta...lk to colleagues and get the information. He was very professional and made the other party's attorney look less than. I was confident in him and he did not let us down.

I enthusiastically endorse Jeff Whalley, who I retained to represent my child during a hearing. He took an active interest in the case and made sure he had a thorough understanding of the events surrounding our case. He contacted me frequently to get my input and to review his arguments before the... hearing so I would be comfortable with what he was going to say. He was a good listener and would take the time to explain things to me if something was over my head (which was just about everything). He did a very thorough job of preparing for the hearing and brought in an expert witness, which I believe also helped our case. Because these hearings tend to be rather informal, some parents opt to go without professional representation. I’m glad Jeff was there to advocate on my child’s behalf. He brought more expertise, professionalism and sheer ability to the table than I ever could. He was knowledgeable, eloquent and tenacious. Jeff demonstrated an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the law, and he referenced that knowledge frequently and effectively throughout the hearing. At the time of this writing, we haven’t received the decision on our case yet. I wanted to write this review before the decision because every attorney in the world will tell you that there is no guaranteed outcome. If the decision is not what we hoped, I will not consider it a reflection of Jeff’s abilities. He put in a 100% effort, and for that I’m grateful.

Mr. Whalley was the most professional lawyer I've ever been around. He was diligent in every aspect of my case and kept me informed at every step of the process.
