Very Helpful

Mark was very helpful is explaining the open issues surrounding my 2001 California divorce case and presented a course of action that was in my best interests as a current resident of Washington. I would recommend him.

Smart, resourceful, and a great listener.

I had a complicated issue with my divorce with children, which involved custody and parenting plan issues, as well as a difficult to contact spouse who had relocated out of state. Mark took the time to listen to my desires and suggest a course of action which when executed, resulted in the timely and... successful dissolution I wanted. I can now move on with my life. Excellent work.

Outstanding Lawyer!

My divorce began as an absolute mess but after hiring Mark Johnson on the recommendation of a friend, he turned the entire case around. At the start, my high-income husband shut me out of our bank accounts, made untruthful accusations about me as a mother and threatened to remove me from the home an...d keep custody of our kids. I was devastated after I was served with the initial documents prepared by his lawyer. Within a short time, Mark had me and our children situated in the home with a court order that removed my husband from the home, required him to pay temporary child support and spousal maintenance, and cover my attorney's fees. From there, Mark worked like a bulldog and discovered several financial assets I never knew my husband was hiding from me! He also hired an expert to value my ex-husband's interest in a lucrative partnership, and before trial was able to push my ex and his attorney into a successful settlement. The process was stressful but Mark was always available, personable, and explained everything clearly. I could not be more happy with the outcome. I'll be recommending Mark Johnson to anyone looking for a terrific lawyer.

Experienced and affective attorney

After talking to several attorneys I hired Mark Johnson on the first phone call. He immediately got a restraining order changed to a temporary no contact order for both parties. Mark was responsive, drove the case forward even when the other attorney and my wife were slow and combative. Mark... completed the case while I was out of the state, what a relief ! He succeeded to get everything I wanted. I highly recommend Mark Johnson.

Long Distance Negotiation

I had to evict an occupant from a property I own in Washington. I live in another state. I did some on-line research, but essentially had to make a leap of faith in hiring an attorney. Mark Johnson was very knowledgable about Landlord-Tenant law and he resolved the matter satisfactorly and quickly.... I would reccommend Mr. Johnson to anyone with an eviction issue.
