It's never easy succumbing to the need to file for bankruptcy... Facing a chapter 7 without help scared the hell out of me. Despite my circumstances I pressed on and fired up Google to see who/what my options were. 3 attempts to reach out to others and 3 others who failed to answer. Scott not onl...y picked up the phone, he eased my worries and fears as well as clearly outlined and set expectations. He's quick to respond when he can't be immediately reached and stayed on top of all the necessary steps to navigate the process. I have dealt with a number of lawyers in my life and honestly, I don't like them. But Scott is the exception to the rule. Bankruptcy was the hardest thing my wife had to do.
