It's never easy succumbing to the need to file for bankruptcy... Facing a chapter 7 without help scared the hell out of me. Despite my circumstances I pressed on and fired up Google to see who/what my options were. 3 attempts to reach out to others and 3 others who failed to answer. Scott not onl...y picked up the phone, he eased my worries and fears as well as clearly outlined and set expectations. He's quick to respond when he can't be immediately reached and stayed on top of all the necessary steps to navigate the process. Without him I would have probably been railroaded by an unfair or overly expensive firm that wouldn't have had the expertise or ease of communication I had with Scott. Scott Taylor is an excellent bankruptcy attorney. I was so stressed over filing bankruptcy but his calm manner helped put me at ease. He's very good at responding quickly to communications sent to him. He's professional, courteous, efficient, and had the patience of Job with my forgetting everything ...he'd tell me 10 minutes later. I'd highly recommend him.

I have dealt with a number of lawyers in my life and honestly, I don't like them. But Scott is the exception to the rule. Bankruptcy was the hardest thing my wife had to do. All I can say about Scott Taylor is that he is AMAZING. We had hired another attorney to handle our bankruptcy in January. By June, when nothing had been done and after I forced a meeting with our first attorney (who was, at the time running for a position as a County District Court Judge) and came... out of the meeting still getting information (that was previously given) to him, I called Scott Taylor. Mr. Taylor changed his schedule and within 2 days my husband and I had an appointment with him. I brought all the documents Mr. Taylor asked for, check stubs, tax records, etc. and everything was handled and filed within 6 days! For us, this was the first time we had gone through a bankruptcy, and it was hard, embarrassing and not a fun thing. Mr. Taylor was easy to work with, up front and did exactly everything he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
