I was born in Idaho, raised in Las Vegas, and attended Brigham Young Univeristy and the University of Puget Sound School of Law, which is now known as Seattle University School of Law.
I am married, and my wife and I each have four children, and I have three grandchildren. I am active in my church and have served in many positions from scout master to priesthood leader. As a young man, I served as a missionary for two years in Denmark. Rock climbing was my passion as a teenager and I build ham radios. At age 22, I started Jolley's Thermal Accoustical Insulation, Inc., in Las Vegas, which I operated for 6 years. If you stay in an older Las Vegas hotel, Jolley's insulation is in the pipe chases. In 1983, I began a financial planning career with an office in Framingham, Massachusett's. In 1990, I began law school in Tacoma, Washington, graduating in 1993 and passing the bar exam that year.
As an intern, I began preparing bankruptcies in 1992 and have represented individuals and companies in bankruptcies since that time.
The other part of my law practice deals with estate planning, including complex tax planning. Estate planning is something everyone should learn about because many will become disabled before the die and unfortunately, we will all die, and preparing for those events just makes good sense and is an act of love for those who survive us.

He saved my home
I was completely under water and I hadn't filed my taxes for a couple years. They helped me with all of it even though they didn't have to. Cost was what I would call fair

Chapter 13
I had spoke with a few other attorney's before coming to Dallas He and his staff were more than happy to answer all of my, possibly too many, questions and helped me sort out my financials. My taxes were a wreck and they were able to help with that as well I would certainly recommend him

"I endorse this lawyer. I endorse this lawyer. Why? I have seen other attorneys answer on AVVO. As anyone who reads those answers can tell you, there are many attorneys who give a 1 or 2 sentence reply..or sometimes state they "agree with attorney (name) answer". If so, why not just click on the button that states "I agree". Maybe the attorney wants 5 points instead of 2..but why waste everyone else's time? But the person asking the question will receive a nice detailed reply from Attorney Jolley as I try to do also so they can at least get the best type of answer to move on from there and decide what to do. So it takes time to formulate and provide an informed answer as he does and such answers are accurate and helpful on this site. Thus, I do endorse him! Sincerely, Richard D. Granvold, a bankruptcy attorney who has practiced 27 years and filed over 5,400 petitions in my career in both chapter 7 and 13 cases!"
"Dallas provides his clients with an experienced and enlightened approach when solving their legal problems. If it’s eliminating personal debt in bankruptcy or advising corporate clients through complex business transactions, Dallas provides realistic solutions that take into account the special circumstances underlying each matter."
