After finding out my husband was being court marshaled from the allegations his ex wife was accusing him of we felt the military justice system was being weaponized against us, we felt absolutely hopeless. Best lawyer I’ve ever seen that cares about his clients getting the fairness they deserve. I witnessed a General Court martial and was a character witness/ sentencing witness the week of 6/23/24. The defense had many bogus allegations. Not guilty on all charges. Proved that the accuser was lying . Th...e defense was facing over 20 years in prison and his rights were stripped away for years until the court martial finally finished. The defense was not allowed to see his kids for years. Rob put an emphasis on this situation to the panel and made it very evident that a good father was treated like a criminal before before his fair trial.
