He is absolutely incredible, I'm writing this with tears in my eyes as he just got me acquitted of false allegations consisting of 15 specifications of child sexual abuse. I have been going through this ordeal for 2 years and now I'm free. He was relentless in tracking down evidence and was emailing ...and phoning me consistently trying to figure out everything he needed to know to save my life! But not just that, he was also kind and considerate and caring at the human level. He even gave me some life lessons along the way. He will fight for you so hard, trust me. When he would get new evidence and try to figure out the right argument, he would jump out of his chair cheering. I could tell he was completely and utterly on my side and he was passionate beyond words. Our trial was supposed to last 5 days, it lasted 12 days -- he had to change his travel plans constantly and even turn down other business, but he was there with me to the end fighting bitterly to the end with a sword in one hand and a hug in the other. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIS CLOSING ARGUMENT! He was animated and full of energy, striking a tone of righteous indignation at the government's case. It was truly an amazing site. It was so convincing that the opposing lawyer afterward told him "I don't think we're getting to the sentencing phase" -- even his opposition was moved. I trusted him with my life and he came through with flying colors -- all charges not guilty. His paralegal is the absolute best. She is more like an investigator! She will get any information out of someone -- believe me. She is just as relentless and she provides a supportive and caring touch. Trust Mr. Robert Shuck, I can never repay him for me getting my life back. He can get yours back, too. Trust me!

Rob was wonderful from first email and phone call to last, following up with me even after he finished my statement. He took the stress and emotional toll of the 15-6 investigation from my shoulders. He was brilliant in answering the questions. Absolutely recommend Rob if you are under a 15-6. He is ...worth every penny.

After finding out my husband was being court marshaled from the allegations his ex wife was accusing him of we felt the military justice system was being weaponized against us, we felt absolutely hopeless.
