After a 26 year long stellar career as. Green Beret, I was facing 7 felony charges from my ex wife. These charges were all false allegations provided by my ex wife to my chain of command. The Army never once had my back. The Army labeled me a criminal from the first time my ex wife made these allegat...ions. I went through a 3-1/2 year long process that was harder than any military deployment. From the first time we talked to Rob, there was just something about him that was different. After finding out my husband was being court marshaled from the allegations his ex wife was accusing him of we felt the military justice system was being weaponized against us, we felt absolutely hopeless. Best lawyer I’ve ever seen that cares about his clients getting the fairness they deserve. I witnessed a General Court martial and was a character witness/ sentencing witness the week of 6/23/24. The defense had many bogus allegations. Not guilty on all charges. Proved that the accuser was lying . Th...e defense was facing over 20 years in prison and his rights were stripped away for years until the court martial finally finished. The defense was not allowed to see his kids for years.
