After working in the workforce for decades and having numerous encounters with discrimination, I had never sought the advice of a lawyer. Rationale was that it was too hard to relive the incidents over and even harder to try to prove that the actions of your employer were discriminatory. I received a notice in the main that I owed work source some $20,000 in what they claimed were over payments over a period where they felt I was wrongfully collecting unemployment.
