Eric Daniel Gilman

I contacted Eric Gilman on August 4th, 2022 regarding a time-sensitive employment law matter, then spoke to him on the phone during the next week regarding some of the details and he requested that I send him all the relevant documentation in a PDF file. That was completed by 8/14/22. Although I requ...ested a reply that he had received the material, I then waited in vain for an email or call and heard nothing after leaving several voicemails. Finally I tried sending another email on 8/30/22, requesting an update and he immediately replied with a "notice of non-representation," saying that neither he nor any of his partners would be able to represent me and reminding me I may have a time limitation to file. Yeah, I was aware of that and he just wasted almost a month of that time, stringing me along and then not responding to my document email or followup phone calls! I do not recommend his or his firm's services.

I engaged Eric Gilman to represent me in a complex construction litigation case. The basis for the case was a faulty construction product that created damages to my property. There were four parties involved in the defense side: the manufacturer, the distributor, the installer and the inspector who a...pproved the installation process at each step. Eric understood the case far better than the defendants’ counsel which led to several good outcomes during the litigation. I have since stayed in touch with Eric and recommended him to several business owners and I will use him again if faced with similar litigation events.
