About Blake
Biography
I grew up in Idaho but fell in love with the water, mountains, and trees of the Pacific Northwest during a legal internship in Tacoma. My wife and I moved here in 2017, and we have never looked back. I am a father to a young daughter who believes she owns the house and to a son who believes he owns his sister. I watches all sports with a ball and have even wandered into the realm of gymnastics due to my wife’s passion. On the weekends you can find me hiking rain, snow, or shine and cheering on local sports.
Now for the Boring Stuff:
Mr. Harris focuses primarily on family law. He aggressively advocates for his clients in and out of the court room. With years of navigating clients through difficult situations, Mr. Harris knows how important it is to be a supportive member in his clients’ legal journey. Before finding his passion in family law, Mr. Harris represented hundreds of clients during all aspects of their criminal defense matters, including but not limited to trial, domestic violence protection orders, and plea negotiations. Mr. Harris is well-liked and well-respected by his clients, colleagues, and other attorneys. He was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Mr. Harris’ clients have found comfort knowing he effectively communicates with them, judges, and fellow attorneys in the community. When first meeting with him, clients are greeted with an attorney that wants to advocate for them. Through written advocacy, Mr. Harris successfully helps the Court understand the strengths in his clients’ positions before arriving in the court room. He received a B.S. in Sociology and B.A. Spanish from the University of Idaho before being awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law.

Made process easy to understand.
Blake helped me with custody, visitation and developing a parenting plan for my son. He laid out a clear plan and saw the process through. He understood my financial situation and catered to those requests. Communicated well during the process. Nice staff at his firm.

We WON!!!!!
My son's case is finally over due to Blake and Connor! The jury decided right and acquitted him for violating the protection order. He can finally move on with his life! I'm so happy. I can't believe we're finally done with the alleged victim and her lies.
