Absolutely not! If Mr Martonick represents you as a Public Defender, be on your toes. He is sloppy and ill prepared. He cancels meetings and never takes phone calls. If you are being tried in Whitman County then get a different lawyer. He will agree with everything the PA says at the same time say he...

Above and Beyond
Our Son's case has just begun, but at his first appearance Steve went above and beyond. He has been promot to see us and answer questions. My Son is disabled so Steve's willingness to take his time and go above a beyond to work with us has been impressive.

Great lawyer - reduced a very high DUI to Reckless Driving
Mr. Martonick invested great personal effort into my case and got a DUI that was above a .2 down to a Reckless Driving charge. Saved my law school prospects and did it while keeping my worries to a minimum - highly recommended.
